Im trying to remember the name of this 90's adult swim cartoon can anyone help?

it was about a kid who moves in with his older brother in this apartment building in the city and the older brother works at a mattress store and the owner is some crazy guy. Their upstairs roommates are a gay couple were one owns a dinner and is very butch and the other is a old queen also there is a crazed hippie lady, a dog that in one episode eats the couch and a slacker/stoner character. please help me remember this cartoon
