Is this the start of labor?

I am 37 weeks and two days along. All day today I have not been feeling well. My stomach has dropped to about 4 inches above my belly on and is soft and squishy unlike usual when it is hard. I usually have painful BH contractions but my stomach will every now and than completely harden for a bit and go back to squishy again. I also usually can't eat more then a few bites of food but all I want to do all day today is eat and sleep. I also feel pressure pushing down when I have to pee. Could this be early labor signs? Jw. I have had 2 kids before but both were emergency situations so I never dealt with labor before. My first I was induced because I ped out in the doctors office. And the second I woke up to blood everywhere and had to be rushed to the hospital. What should I watch out for? Could this be the early start of labor? Should I worry?
