Who do you go to when the courts are illegally convicting there citizens?

i have little chance of getting the local courts here in osage oklahoma of giving me a fair trial. It's an easy one to see if looked at, how the illegal search was false affidavits and no truths in all of it. but local cops love the local D.A.'s who love the local Judges and hate it when someone tries to put a light on there little party of outlaw justices. who is the most likely to investigate the courts and who else can i bombard with proofs of this that can help me before i have to do it by appeales courts help
