WALLET ~ Where can I find a cheap one?

You can find a cheap wallet at Target for around $12.00 most of them are plaid clutches, but a few aren't. I do know that any forever21 store sells wallets for around $7.50. Claire's sells wallets too, but I think they are more expensive. Another place that I just thought of is Kohl's! That it where i get most of my wallets they mainly sell tri-fold and a few clutches. About everytime you walk into Kohl;s they hav a sale of everything! You are most likely going to find a nice wallet there that is reasonably priced. Good Luck!
