Who thinks people should work together to slow down the rate of global warming?

More and more carbon emmisions are going into the air and carbon dioxide is absorbing infrared waves and heating up the earth and melting icebergs. The ozone layer used to feflect most of the sun's rays but now its weakening and even a whole was found in the ozone layer so more and more of the sun's harmful rays are getting in and causing desieses such as skin cancer and is weakening immunity.
