Am i too young to use olay total effects?

I'd like to find a moisturizer that combines minimizing pores and moisturizing my skin. I use noxema the original to clean my face, the problem is that it drys out my face and i have a combination of sensitive and oily skin, so id like a moisturizer that that doesnt clog my pores or cause my skin to break out. I'm considering olay total effects. Does it actually work, im 15, am i too young to use it? I'm looking for a good regimen of products that will actually do the job, but my motto is less is more. I don't want to include more products into my daily routine. So would olay total effects be a good choice? Does it reduce the size of pores as well as even skin tone? Would it make my skin even mire oily or maintain a moderate amount of oils in my skin, just enough to keep it hydrated instead of causing acne or blemishes, or my skin to be even more oily?
