COULD THIS POSSIBLY BE MY MONTH!!!!??

I have been taking guaifenisin to make my mucus more suitable for the sperm. Three days ago I had a lot of the egg white cervical mucus, but today I had a slight twinge in my left ovary for about an hour. I think it was ovlation pain. Not to mention it is right on time. I had the day before the ewcm, yesterdayThe day after the ewcm and yesterday. Are my chances good for pregnancy this month? Has anyone ovulated after they have the ewcm? I am praying to god that I get pregnant this month!
