Do I still have a shot at becoming an Actor (please help)?

You have a lot better acting credentials than most of the people who post on these boards! You are out of practice and have had setbacks, but you have had good solid training and obviously some ability otherwise you wouldn't have got into "Fame" school in the first place. You need to get yourelf back into the theatre scene. Start with a local theatre group for on-stage experience. Take anything at all to start with, just to get back into it, and then look for jobs in the theatre world in NY. There might be an opening for an ASM somewhere off Broadway? Good luck!
