Does anyone remember the last time that the Democrats actually took responsibility for their own actions?

For example: Bill Clinton and his administration did everything in their power to dismantle the military and hamstring the CIA. Subsequently They blame Bush for 9/11, and for big military spending. By the time the Democrats got done we're lucky we weren't invaded.
