Job not paying me?

I get payed every two weeks at my job I have been working there for about a year now and i have not had any problems till now. I do professional fundraising for non prophit organizations over the phone. about three weeks ago I got my hours report for the past weeks worked The report was wrong saying I had no hours in for the past weeks but I didnt miss anytime. I brought this to the attention of my supervisors . They ured me they would take care of it and then forward the info the the IT's. I have been on them since then because nothing has been done to fix my problem and now its payday and since they dont have my hours in the system they cant pay me but they do have the recordings off all the calls I made for those weeks . I have talked to everyone possible about this and they just dont seem to care or know what to do. Now they have attitudes with me bc im upset about not being payed I feel three weeks is more then enough time for the IT's to fix this problem what should I do?
