Little red bumps on since i was 10 should i worry about it?

Okay well to begin with at the age of ten I started to get these llittle bumps around the inside skin that covers the got these at the age of 10. They look ike little pimples with puss inside them but they are soo small, I've never messed around with them or nothing, they don't discharge get swollen or.nothing, they are "just there" These don't really bother, itch, irritate, nothing big. I've always played soccer as my sport since I was a ittle kid. Now I am 15 and starting to get a little worried about thiss. It Really worries me since now I am 15 and had them for about 15 yrs nothing really big has gotten bad and stuff, but It has spread to around the rim around the it doesn't bother anything again, but this Is really starting to get me a little worried. A little tip might it have to do something with sports.? I am very athletic play soccer, cross country and track. And well please any help and tips would be appreciated, oh and I used to be a virgin thenn and well looks like its has very slowly processed over the yrs
