R&P ~ Who was the first band or artist you became obsessed with ?

I became a huge Jethro Tull fan in early 70's . I had loads of bands i liked and the boy i was going out with at the time bought tickets for Tull and took me to see them. It was Thick as a brick album he had got and i didn't like it very much but was too polite and young to say i didn't want to go to see this band. However we went and i was totally in awe .Tull is a must see live band. Since then i have been to see them countless times and love all the early stuff before thick as a brick one of my most cherished albums. Had a thing about Ian Anderson when young thought he was gorgeous with his long red wild hair and beard his tartan coat and jock strap.
