Did I Eat right today?

try new vegatables, your taste buds change every few weeks. I used to hate cubers, but now I like them. It looks like your having too much cow milk. Try soymilk instead. You can get the light. I would add a salad to your lunch at least. You could eat a salad every meal. Expirement with different dressings so you don't get bored. I would also add cereal to your breakfast. And maybe a snack in between lunch and dinner. You could have carrots with a dressing, salad, chips, a pickle, anything small. Also, it is best to have a big meal in the morning for breakfast, and then have a smaller dinner.
